The hotel does have some maintenance issues, such as black mold in the shower tiles and unfinished light fixtures in the bathroom.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome as a family with kids. The hotel was clean and safe, and the bed was comfortable. The location in Chinatown was perfect, with easy access to subway stations and great local restaurants.

You can't go wrong with this hotel's location! Positioned in the heart of Chinatown, and within walking distance to 3 subway stations, this hotel is ideal for exploring lower Manhattan. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy, clean, and quiet - thanks to the double-glazed windows. The hot shower is great, and beds are comfortable. The hotel can even book private cars at reasonable prices for guests.

The only downside is the lack of in-room tea or coffee making facilities, and very limited hanging or shelf space for clothes.

New, comfortable, and spacious rooms. Excellent shower and free broadband. Superb soundproofing, slept well. Accommodating staff and recommended local restaurants. Reasonable price, good location.
